This project contains 28 new townhouses for pre and postnatal single mothers, and a 52 child day care centre with a parent/child resource facility on the second floor. The housing accommodation is divided into an L-shaped building containing two story townhouses with restricted access, and two blocks of townhouses connected by a covered pedestrian walkway. All units have private gardens accessed by a controlled pedestrian laneway.
