This project consists of two distinct housing co-operatives containing 16 townhouses, 32 stacked townhouse units and 246 apartment units, with two levels of underground parking. The heart of the co-operatives is a 'mews' street, which accesses a large public park via a pedestrian passageway bisecting the lower four levels of the apartment block. Lower stacked units and townhouses have private back yards, while upper stacked units have private decks.
