This twin, non-profit co-operative consists of 246 apartment units, 16 townhouses and 32 stacked townhouse units, and two levels of underground parking. Many units have been designed as "adaptable" units, for the specific use of seniors. Two story family units with private terraces are located in the first four floors of the high-rise block. A pedestrian passage running through this block connects a large public park to the south to mews housing to the north.
