CHORD CO-OPERATIVE
OLD CITY OF YORK

This project consists of 118 apartment, 18 townhouses and three levels of underground parking located on a sloping site overlooking the Eglinton Flats Ravine. Buildings are arranged around a central terrace, which forms the social nucleus of the project. A high building encloses the terrace to the west, a row of town houses connected by a covered pedestrian passage encloses it to the east, while the south end is open to provide good views of the ravine. A stair connects the terrace to the parklands below.
