This project contains a 52 child day care centre with a parent/child resource facility on the second floor, and 28 new townhouses for pre and postnatal single mothers. A historic house with a not-so-historic addition was retained, with new buildings forming a progression of pedestrian quadrangles that unfold as one traverses the site.
