RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS:

PRI is perhaps best known for its residential projects built throughout the Greater Toronto Area. These include La Paz in the Old City of York, Northview Meadow in Oshawa, Harbour Channel in Toronto and Ascot Downs in Etobicoke. PRI has designed and built numerous projects for residents with special needs such as Woodfield House (an apartment building for the hearing impaired), Meegwetch Place (town houses and apartments for people on marginal incomes) and several residential facilities for survivors of the mental health system. In addition, PRI has creatively rehabilitated historic structures, such as the Paul Kane House, Dundas Terrace and several private mixed-use projects.
